Reach Higher College Signing Day
To end National Early College Week celebrations, VECA's seniors and their loved ones were honored at our annual College Signing Day. After hearing a special video message from Former First Lady Michelle Obama, each senior shared their plans for continuing their education in an original promotional video. Afterwards, their parents and loved ones joined their senior on stage as they signed letters of intent for their college of choice. Each university was represented by an alumni or faculty member to further congratulate our students. Superintendent Dr. Cason delivered an inspirational message. DeAndre Harris, Cam'ron Jones, and Nicole Zhao served as Masters of Ceremonies for this event.
